I really don’t understand what you’re saying.

I wrote: “Can you give me two or three standards where black women expect more from black men than they do from themselves?”

And you responded in part with, “Yes: ‘colorism’ and ‘strong Black women’. Both of these are clear and present examples where Black women have pretty much organized themselves into “movements” to badger Black men into accepting them.”

I certainly agree that black men should be able to like what we like. By colorism, do you mean that some black women expect men to like them even if they don’t like them because of their complexion?

And I’m not sure what you mean with the “strong Black women” thing, at all.

Can you elaborate?
